If the cancellation takes place\u00a0<strong>30 days\u00a0before<\/strong>\u00a0the beginning fo the stay, only 50% of the deposit will be refunded.\u00a0\u00a0If the cancellation takes place<strong>less than 30 days before<\/strong>\u00a0the beginning of the stay,\u00a0<strong>no refund is provided for<\/strong>. If it is the landlord who cancel the contract, the deposit will be refunded integrally included any reservation or payment charges.<\/p>\n<p>Whatever the reason of the cancellation and whenever you notified it,<strong>\u00a0If you cancel after the day when the rental balance is due or if you do not arrive at the first day of the stay (no show), or if you vacate the property before the end of the rental period, you will lose the full rental cost<\/strong>\u00a0(only the &#8216;tenant deposit&#8217; paid will be refunded less extra charges if applicable). Please note that the rental rate has been calculated according the length of your stay.<\/p>\n<p>For stays of 3 months and more, special departure conditions may be applicable upon a particular prior agreement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Modification.<\/strong> Changes of arrival date, length of stay can be considered as a cancellation.
