You can arrive 365 days / 365 and 24 h/24.

Check-in : from 15H to 22H

  1. EXTRA FEE OF 20 EUROS for (Check-in between 22h and midnight and between 07h and 10h only for luggage storage).
  2. You can leave your luggage between 10h and 15h without extra fee.

Check-out : from 10H to 10 :30 am (LATE Check-out after 10 :30 // according to availability).



There will always be someone from our staff to welcome you. Please note that we do not have a reception desk, please tell us the estimated time of arrival, airport / station or apartment to better organize your reception.




MINIMAL STAY: there is a 3 or 7 nights minimum stay 7 night. If different, it is indicated on the unit particular description.
MONTHLY RATE: it is more economical to ask for it at the booking if your stay may to extend after 3 weeks.


LONG  STAYS: Ask we for a long-term particular contract, For example 3, 6 months or more, While benefiting from flexible conditions of departure with an advance notice of your part of 15 nights.

We will take 25% down to secure the booking.
The deposit will not be paid off in case of cancellation or of modification of your part.


The balance of the stay is to pay:

at the arrival. Payment CB, VISA / MASTERCARD or cash.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail with all of the details for your arrival and your stay. As soon possible please check-it to avoid any mistake and contact us immediately if there are some changes.


-All taxes
-The consumption of electricity for price rates in the night and weekly at (7 nights).
-The service of household and linen every 7 nights and at the end of the stay.
-The service of maintenance and repair during all the stay.
-The phone assistance(audience) 24 hours during all the stay.
-The basic insurance of the safe apartment NOT for your possessions and values.
-The basic insurance of the apartment EXCEPT for your property and values.


-The consumption of electricity for price lists(rates) in the month (at 30 nights minimum).
-The supplementary services: household  and daily linen, car for transfers deprived between the station or the airport and the apartment, the supplementary equipments, etc.
-Luggage, all the possessions and values of the tenant are not insured. Please contact your insurance agent before your departure. We advise you to sign a travel insurance covering well all luggage and values.


If your cancellation of stay occurs less than 60 days will be returned without charge.


In case the lease is cancelled more than 60 days before the beginning of the stay, the deposit will be refunded, afther deducting 10% for reservation charges. If the cancellation takes place 30 days before the beginning fo the stay, only 50% of the deposit will be refunded.  If the cancellation takes place less than 30 days before the beginning of the stay, no refund is provided for. If it is the landlord who cancel the contract, the deposit will be refunded integrally included any reservation or payment charges.

Whatever the reason of the cancellation and whenever you notified it, If you cancel after the day when the rental balance is due or if you do not arrive at the first day of the stay (no show), or if you vacate the property before the end of the rental period, you will lose the full rental cost (only the ‘tenant deposit’ paid will be refunded less extra charges if applicable). Please note that the rental rate has been calculated according the length of your stay.

For stays of 3 months and more, special departure conditions may be applicable upon a particular prior agreement.


Modification. Changes of arrival date, length of stay can be considered as a cancellation. If the modification is accepted by us, a modification fee of 45 Euros will be charged.
